I broke the rules on this one and did some post processing. I added some filters from iPhoto and Photoshop. It was just too stark and I wanted to bring out the focus that compelled me to take this shot. I supposed I could have cropped it instead. That's for another day.

Here is the first "spirit" picture. It wasn't intended to be the first spirit picture. It just happened. Not sure why I feel compelled to share it. Obviously I wasn't thinking of anything when I snapped this shot. It's not composed and if you look closely enough you can see the floor needs to be swept. I'm not trying to be as deep or as artful as Art Wells. I suppose in a subconscious way I may be following his lead. And there's nothing wrong with that. I find his work inspiring and very spiritual. My intention is to capture unplanned images as prompted by spirit. Whether they mean anything is not the point. I'm not sure what I'm investigating, if, in fact I am investigating anything. I'm simply taking pictures.
